This Pre-Summit meeting hopes to generate a reflection about the current situation of migrant communities in Spain. Leaders of migrant organizations will present supportive documents on the different aspects of the situation which will serve as a starting point on this reflection. The documents will be prepared in such a way that they will represent the roots of the discussions that will be given in the preparatory workshops. Subsequently, a document will be devised by consensus on those areas of greater interest in the Pre-Summit and inside the framework of the Summit concerning the immigration in Spain. This document will be presented by the Latin-American organizations in Spain participating in the Summit.

With the object of analyzing and to arrive by consensus a referring Document to the problems of the migrants and to prepare for the first Summit of Migrant Communities American Latin American in Morelia, Mexico, The Center of Latin-American Migratory Studies (CEMLA) and The ASOCIACION CIVIL YANAPACUNA, invite migrant organizations to participate in the pre-summit of migrant communities.
